PRICING & TERMS

• Minimum Stay: 30 days

• Longer Stay Discounts: Available for 60+ and 90+ day stays

• Security Deposit: $2,000 (refundable)

• Pets: Considered on a case-by-case basis

  • $100 per pet / per month

  • Additional refundable deposit may apply

• Utilities: Included up to $350/month (overages billed)
